Both coffees have their origin in the Hambela farm, nestled in the fertile state of Oromia in the Guji zone, with 494 acres devoted to coffee crops. The farm is a subset of METAD, an agriculture development company responsible for growing and harvesting under strict standards, grading the resulting crop in their quality lab, and allocating the coffees to export.
