At Misto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Misto account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
